We offer complimentary shipping for all prepaid orders delivered to any destination nationwide. Once dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time may vary based on location, typically ranging from 4 to 6 days. To prevent potential delays or product loss, users must ensure they provide accurate and genuine information during the ordering process.
For deliveries within India, the product price listed on the website includes all applicable taxes and duties. Upon shipping confirmation, you'll receive a tracking number and a courier company link to monitor your order's journey. Please note, circumstances beyond our control might occasionally delay orders. TECHCRAFT cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from factors such as floods, fires, wars, acts of God, or any other causes beyond our control.
Orders received on Sundays or holidays are shipped on the following business day. During peak periods like holidays, there might be delays in processing and shipping.
Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes or military addresses. Additionally, deliveries to rural domestic addresses may require an extra day or more for delivery
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, email us at support@mytechcraft.com (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a gift card will be issued for the value of the product. The gift card has to be redeemed within 1 year
If the order or item(s) you wish to cancel have already been shipped but not yet delivered, please inform the support team within 48 hours of placing the order. A gift card will be issued for the face value of the product, minus courier/shipment charges (Flat ₹100).
