Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Techcraft agrees to repair your product at its cost, if the product is purchased from Techcraft Website or other E-Commerce Platforms and have a manufacturing defect either on arrival or during the warranty term specified for the relevant product in the warranty guidelines(warranty guidelines), commencing from the date of purchase.

If product is purchased from any other platform such as amazon, flipkart, myntra, nykaa, tata cliq etc. than it is advisable to the customers to connect with the platform directly once, but if you are not satisfied there then you can contact us. We provide only repair/replacement service in such case if the product is under warranty; for which you have to courier the product to our address and you have to bear one side courier expenses as we don’t provide door step services and we will send the repaired/replaced product to your address at our expenses.

Repair/replace can be done only one time for any Techcraft product (Purchases either from website or any platform).

REPLACEMENTS

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product in your order, please request aΒ replacement within 48 hours of receiving it by contacting our support team atΒ support@mytechcraft.com.

Our shipments undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving our warehouse, but if such aΒ situation arises, we will be happy to help.

Please note that products will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

Physical damage or defect not reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, and

Any damage caused by and electrical surge/fluctuation or at the user end.

REFUND

It usually takes 5-7 days to refund money post all inspection.

If the product delivery is delayed due to natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc. are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances

If the customer does not notify physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product or damage due to electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Please note that depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded after deducting the bank and delivery charges.

In case of returns/ refunds, the cost of giftboxes, gift note & giftwrapping will not be eligible for refund.
